Homeopathic Preparation

Indications
For the relief of diaper rash, eczema, psoriasis and other minor skin conditions

Formula
Hypericum perforatum MT (St. John's Wort) 0.1%
Equisetum arvense MT (Common Horsetail) 0.1%

Directions
Adults: Apply a small amount on the affected area two to three times daily
Children: Reduce application to once daily and follow adult directions.
