Shipping

U.S. orders received by 3:00 pm EST are shipped the same business day they are placed. Shipping and handling fee is a flat rate based on the total order amount (see the shipping rates below). All U.S. orders are sent U.S.P.S Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

We also offer 2nd Day Shipment for an additional fee.

Orders over $75 receive Free Shipping.

Rates

**An additional $4.00 charge will be applied to all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

**Coupons and discounts are calculated before shipping and handling rates are applied.

Heat Sensitive Products

Customers are advised to call and ask for 2 Day Shipping for Probiotics which are more heat sensitive when destination temperatures exceed 90 degrees. Heat sensitive items are not eligible for return credit.

Backordered Items

Some products listed on our website are warehoused in seperate states and sometimes run out of stock. If you place an order for an item and it is unavailable at the time of pick/pack/ship, you will receive the item as soon as it arrives at no additional charge.  The approximate delay for backordered products is usually 10-14 business days.

Damaged Products

If you receive products that are damaged, please call us immediately at 845-876-5556 to initiate a replacement.
