Join three top teachers in the fields of naturopathic & functional medicine, food & nutrition, and intuition, to explore finding balance, meaning, and renewed purpose in life and health. Learn to connect to inner wisdom and gain clairity on your journey towards wellness.
Through group discussions, lectures, comtemplative & intutive practices, fun food demonstrations, and Qi Gong exercises, you learn to:
- Incorporate a daily meditation and Qi Gong practice
